Last week we discussed the cultivation of worthy individuals. This week we¡¯ll touch on looking after yourself both physically and emotionally.
Being mentally healthy is important as you are not aware of positive energy otherwise. If you feel good, you will easily see opportunities that can help you to improve your fortune and are more likely to act on them. If you are tired or in a self-defeatist mood, you are more likely to walk right past any opportunities, if you see them at all.
To keep in positive spirits, avoid sources of stress, agitation and irritation. Exercising regularly, eating and sleeping well all work towards ensuring there is positive energy.
A good job can offer constructive influences as well. A good work-life balance and smooth working relationships both inside and outside the office ensure that you will always be able to put your best foot forward.

In March 2012, Master Yun Long Zi established the Yun Long Zi Feng Shui scholarship at the Southern College of Malaysia, Malaysia¡¯s first private Chinese-funded educational institution. The scholarship is awarded to two outstanding students who not only excel in academics, but also in co-curricular activities. Priority is given to students in the Chinese Department. Recipients of the Yun Long Zi scholarship each receive a full tuition grant, along with a S$500 monthly allowance and S$1,000 annually to cover their textbook and material expenses.
